" I have always wanted to open my own nail salon, even before I ever started doing nails. I always said, if I ever won the lottery, that I would open this beautiful salon, where quality over quantity is standard, and that clients had a safe place to go to. I never won the lottery, but I did open my own salon, although small in size, (I used my own hard earned money, not any from family, investors, or silent partners) I am working from the ground up. I don't have 10 nail techs, I have 4 great ones, with great personalities, skills, and they care about the clients. That is a big thing for me, making sure the clients are treated well, and that they are safe. We want them to feel like the rest of our clients-like family. It is hard to be the first of its kind in Wilmington, where we take clients appointments seriously, and try to explain what are safe practices, that other salons skip, hence the cheap prices. Only when people come, do they see why we are different. I keep prices as low as possible, and still use the best products, so everyone can come to a safe place. I hope to help stop the spread of infections and educate clients for their safety"
